18th Macintosh Conference

Some of In Situ PA lab members attended the 18th Annual Macintosh Sociology of Sport Day Conference on January 25, 2020. Dr. Kyoung-yim Kim from Boston College delivered a keynote presentation on “Science Fiction and Assault on the Environment: Sustainability Policy and Winter Olympics in Asia.”
One of our lab project (Intersectionality in Sport) collaborators, Eun Jung (2nd PhD Student working with Dr. Mary Louise Adams) presented her most recent work entitled, “An intersectional Analysis of the #MeToo Movement in South Korean Sport.”
Lots to learn and unlearn!
